Deborah Block Collection

Ritchie's Comment: John Imondi sent e-mail and said he wanted to buy a Mini for Deborah's Valentine's Day present. She got the last of the 2004 series, which was Legacy Mini Halfwood Press No. 10. On this one occasion I put a little box of valentine chocolates in with the shipment. I last heard from Deborah as Deborah Block, so I changed the name on my list from Imondi to Block. I had only one brief contact with Deborah after that, a message to the effect that there were few opportunities to learn and to teach in the small town where she lived.

Specifications: Made in 2005. Legacy Mini Halfwood Press. Serial No. 60010. Ipe, black walnut. Rollers are 1.5 x 5.75 inches top and bottom. The bed is 1/4 x 6 x 17 inches in polycarbonate (the standard); overall length is 17.5 inches; overall width is 9 inches; overall height is 10 inches; weight, 12 lbs.; drive wheel is 8 inches diameter in stainless steel; the woods are American black walnut with a mahogany hood with ipe cladding on the steel and hood-ends. Included two felt blankets and special gift of chocolates.
