Specifications: Made in 2006. Legacy Mini Halfwood Press SN60019. Walnut, Ipe, purple heart and ebony trim with brass medallions. Rollers are 1.5 x 5.75 inches top and bottom. The bed is 1/4 x 6 x 17 inches in polycarbonate (the standard); overall length is 17.5 inches; overall width is 9 inches; overall height is 10 inches; weight, 12 lbs.; drive wheel is 8 inches diameter in stainless steel; the woods are American black walnut with a mahogany hood with ipe cladding on the steel and hood-ends.
Comment: When Tom and Margie Kughler headed for Arizona on their first Printmaking Roadshow venture in their 5th-wheeler home, they met with one of their friends along the way, Marjorie Boice, and when Margie demonstrated printmaking to her and other residents of Marjorie's community, Marjorie decided to get a press for herself. She bought Legacy Mini Halfwood Number 19 from Tom and Margie.
