Frank takes a Workshop

Note from Frank: October, 2011: "I thought you might like to see the first print pulled by me on the Mini #93. I attended a seminar taught by Nancy Diessner. I told about my new press, and they were excited, so I took it in. Nancy and the owner of the print shop, the "Ragged Edge Print Studiom" in Cohoes, NY, were greatly impressed by the Mini. The plate I made for printing on a large press fit the Mini, so I could pull prints and ghosts. They all came out looking good." - Frank

Artist's comment: Frank called me from his office in upstate New York, and said he like the looks of the Halfwood presses and he is planning to resume his printmaking work. Also, he said he would probably keep it around his office at the Salvador Dali Archives - which focuses on Dali's graphics. Once again, the Mini Halfwood has value as beauty as well as function.
