Bill Ritchie comment: Ekk contacted me in 2018 and I forwarded his request to Tom Kughler. I followed up and Ekk replied that he would be finishing his DIY Mini Etching press #47 soon. In 2019-2020 we experimented with the PrintPal concept, with Ekk using laser engraving on Tetra packaging material. I used the opportunity to make a video under the name geosocial printmaking.

Ekk Lory comment: "Up to now, I’ve printed my post-cards mainly with the "Thermofax-Screenprinting."
Also I built a "pasta-press" and then I looked again to several Halfwood Press videos and decided to buy a Mini. I’m working with screen-printing on fabric and paper up to 50 x 70 cm, Letterpress with an Adana 8x5, and, also new, a simple intaglio-press with 50 cm-rolls.
Mostly I work with the combination of photography and print." In March, 2020, he sent this message: "I was making advertising-buttons for my "Print-Monday" (Druck-Montag), when the corona virus arrived.
Nevertheless, the video about the "making of" can been seen next at YouTube. Here is a screenshot, because I’ve printed & embossed the prints with my Halfwood-Mini-Press." Check out his blog at https://stampede-ch.blogspot.com
