video art installation and video game concept.
In 2018, after decades of trying to find anyone interested in the 1970's
experiments in television as art (video art?), Bill and his family began
discarding the videos - his nightmare seeing this piece of northwest
art history going into the landfill.
Before this date, however, Bill succeeded in digitizing videotapes and putting
them on DVD or uploading them to YouTube.
