Artist's commentary: I met Beanne in college as she wanted to take a printmaking class. As she tells it, I gave her a title as a member. I met her again in 2019 and she told me the story again, and that she has a print of mine in storage. Our meeting took place because she was one of the volunteers hosting Mavis Nduchwa from Botswana.
