Artist's comment: Ellie saw the Mariner on the Web and was "smitten" she said. She ordered a Mariner, No. 3, and according to our correspondence, she planned in 2008 to return to Florianopolis, Brazil and install her press in their home there. I lost contact with Ellie for awhile, then I got word from her in Florida. She is an inspiration for my story.
