1993 - Three Loci of the SistersAt this time I was deep into the story I worked on titled The Women Who Fell to Earth. It's a story about a royal family who landed on Earth 30,000 years ago on a mission to save its human life sustainability. There are six aliens: four women and two men, and this stamp is a design based on the loci, or pathways, of three of the women. At this time in my life I seldom worked on paper or any real material. When I searched for a suitable image to represent this year, I could find no drawings, prints or paintings. Everything I did migrated into digital media. Discovering these on my old CDs was enlightening, and the three sisters, you might say, are muses who left this design of their pathways (their loci) for me to follow. |
